Misguided and asking for the documents one by one

Hi,

I am Vijay #9818925868. My Bike DL-3s BF 7701 was theft on 08/09, I reported to the policy and Insurance co Iffco Tokio. They connected me to All INdia claim dept. where Arun Rajputani (Manager) contact #9810520777 misguided me every day. he told me to submit FIR which i submitted in 2 days. then he asked for keys and policy and bike documents which i submitted the same day. After 30 days he asked for untraced report. I submitted on 12/10, But he did not ask for the Final report saying untraced report is all i need. Now Aditya Dixit Manager (Iffco Tokio) contact #01145787344/01145784334 is asking for Final report. Please look into the matter and investigate.
