Non receipt of IMINT Card

My Card no is 5176 5371 0215 8001 .

My Imint Card no is 9401 1506 6350 5807.

I have not recd any Imint Card from Imint end. I have repeateadly

informed to the customer care & they every time informed that it would be reached your residence withing 3 working days. But still I have not recd the same. I can't redeem my rewards points. Even yesterday morning I phoned up and enquired about Reference No:023610. He informed me that he will contact in my cell after verification. THis has been happening for the past 3 times. Kindly send my Imint card through Proffesional Courier only which has been informed to customer service. I have repeatedly explained about my Transfer from Chennai to Tirunelveli.

Kindly clarify whether my grievance is falling in to the deaf ears of your admininstration. Hereafter do not say that you are offering best service to the client. You are offering the worst service to clients in need. Your IMINt section needs revamping.
