Did not receive Tax Refund for year 2008

Hi Sir,

I did not receive my tax refund amount nearly Rs.10000 for tax year 2007 - 2008. I have e-filled the returns online and submitted the acknowledgement in the IT department. But i have not received my refund for past 2 years.
