Non Refund - Income Tax

Dear Sir,

I had sent following e mail on 29-08 at "refunds@incometaxindia.gov.in". Contents of mail are self explanatory. Further I issued reminder on 03/09 and 04/09 (copy to"kanpur-itombuds@nic.in"). I have not received any response so far nor have got the refund amount.

Income tax refund of Rs.8332.00 in respect of undersigned is outstanding for a long period. From your web site I can see the status as "refund cheque has been returned undelivered by the postal department as address provided by you is incorrect"

In this regard I will like to inform that address provided by me on the return form is correct and I am residing at the same address, mentioned below for your kind perusal.
