Non Refund - Income Tax

Dear Sir,

I had sent following e mail on 29-08 at "[email protected]". Contents of mail are self explanatory. Further I issued reminder on 03/09 and 04/09 (copy to"[email protected]"). I have not received any response so far nor have got the refund amount.

Kindly take reference of the following:

Assessment year 10

your reference no. CMPP2089888, (Speed Post No. EY214257165IN)

Income tax refund of Rs.8332.00 in respect of undersigned is outstanding for a long period. From your web site I can see the status as "refund cheque has been returned undelivered by the postal department as address provided by you is incorrect"

In this regard I will like to inform that address provided by me on the return form is correct and I am residing at the same address, mentioned below for your kind perusal.

Further, I had requested in the return to remit the refund amount in my bank account, details as under:
