Consignement booked on 13th feb still not delivered

We have booked the consignment on 13th Feb from Vijayawada to Kanekal (Anantapur Dist.) till date it was not delivered to the consignee. I am sending you the status of your website along with this mail. In that it is still showing that the consignment is at Hyderabad. Why it was not delivered till now. Please do the needful in this case
