My maruti swift has meet with an major accident on 22/01 at chandigarh & claim no is CL/60135559/90612972.Since then it's lying at M/S AUTOPACE for repairs, but the surveyor Mr Gurcharn Singh deputed by NIC after taking the initial photographs is not setteling the claim despite all relevent documents desired by him are submitted to him

I am an ex service man & this kind of service is being given to us. Please look into the matter & ask your insurance partner NIC to settle claim without any furthur delay.
