We have booked 19 tickets on 14-01-10 for Rs.7731.00 (1181.00 757.00 424.00 1473.00 1318.00 472.00 1260.00 846.00=7731.00) on internet through you by using ICICI bank credit card No. 4477 4735 8431 4004 in the name of Yusuf Beriwala. We have mistakenly chosen EMI option in credit card. The ICICI bank have been charged Rs.8894.22 (485.58 535.81 1583.35 1174.18 1055.92 1421.15 1277.78 1360.45 =8894.22) for these tickets. Rs.1163.22 has been charged more by you and ICICI bank. This is very heavy charged so we contacted ICICI bank and they told us that our charge is only 1.8% on ticket price all other charges have been debited by IRCTC . So we immediately contacted to ICICI bank and request them to convert EMI option into normal payment route and accordingly ICICI bank has convert my EMI option into normal payment route and I have made the total payment to ICICI bank that is RS.8894.22 instead of actual charge for Rs. 8195.92. So we are kindly requesting you to look into the matter and credit the extra charge in our ICICI bank credit card.
