Charged thrice for booking ticket refunded one time

Dear sir

I booked e ticket-on 9.5.2011 in IRCTC and paid the amount through SBI internet banking. The amount of Rs 1305 is debited thrice for the same ticket and-only once it is refunded in my S B account on 11.5.2011. So it had been doubly charged for my e-ticket.

My SBI SB account number is 10912104841. Kalpakkam branch
