Cheated and misguide from IRDA executives on Insurance policy

Subject: To cancel my Reliance Cash Flow policies 19401143 and 19342808

I want to cancel my policies 19401143 and 19342808 Reliance Cash Flow. The reason behind is that I cheated from IRDA executives Sweta Tiwari (911203847600) and Zonal Head Kunal Rastogi (7428980590) from Delhi branch. They called me to inform about my policy in Bharti Axa Life Insurance bonus amount and also said that it will be released in 3-4 months and for this I have to buy one policy from Reliance. According to this I bought first policy 19401143 and informed Sweta Tiwari about this and she told me that now you have to pay Final Transaction charges and Non Objection charges and for that you have to buy one more policy in Reliance and you will get your bonus amount Rs. 99, 998 in 3-4 months along with both the policy amount. She gave me another contact number of Kunal Rastogi (Zonal Head) and said that if you have any concern or doubts then you can call him. I called Kunal Rastogi to confirm all this details before buying any policies and he discussed the same thing. I did the same what they told me and bought one more Reliance policy 19342808. I tried to call both of them from Feb 1st week but they are not reachable and Kunal Rastogi’s number also switched off now. So, this is simply fraud case and I cheated by these persons.
