The said policy was surrendered by the undersigned vide letter ref. no: GD/SPL/PO dt. 27.10.2011 along with the "Surrender discharge Voucher duly signed, my identification, and the original certificate or policy, I followed it up by sending another letter with ref. no: GD/SPL/8/PO dt. 20 .02.2012 but till now I have not received my surrender value.
