No refund even at maturity

Couple of years back I had entrusted an amount with them which was to be doubled after an year, but after that period I came to know that company has shut down (LIS This was their previous name) Then their franchise said they will transfer the amount to jyothis (not the amount at maturity but the original amount I had paid) and issued a fresh certificate.after a few months I came to know some case cropped up and again they stopped business. How do I get my money back. Please help.
