DDA Refund money

I had given my DDA Application 2011 in Axis Bank. I have not been alloted any project so i should have got back my refund money of 150000 by now. I have not got any call / sms from the bank for the same and i have not got the refund cheque as well. I have tried calling the help line no. given to me by Axis Bank 01124531284 which is always busy or not reachable. No one in Axis bank is willing to help out. All other banks all helping their customers with the same. Its seriously really sad to see Axis banks approach on this. I regret giving my DD in Axis Bank. Kindly help me solve this case.
