Discreprancy in the credit cards bill

Hello Sir/Madam,

I wish two inform from previous two months i am getting some transactions from my credit card ending with number 3381 in the name of AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI.

Please find my transaction details which are done in the name of AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI.

Transaction2 Details:

As far as my knowledge i have not done these transactions with my credit card and also not given my credit card details to anyone else. Please let me know details about these transactions ASAP.
