Deduct premium without intimation

I have opened policy in kotak life insurance no. is 01868328..

in january..ihave paid first premium after that i have decided not to make any premium..so i have answered the call from kotak insurance .that i am not in a position to make your payment i do not want to continue my policy .they said ok..after three months one day my account have 2000 debit as a premium of policy i called up my bank they said it is a premium of kotak life insurance..after that i called insurance adviser that i have not opened ECS in my policy... they told me that in that policy it is compulsory... while taking policy these discussion were not made by insurance adviser ..please do someting my name is chirag patel from ahmedabad 9909900772
