NO DUES CERTIFICATE - CLEAR TITLE

I have used ICICI CREDIT CARD i have cleared the entire loan amount on 14/02 as full and final settlement of amount of rs 96417 however it has shown as written off simllaray with other card which was closed on 28/08. I have obtained the payment receipt & NOC from the ICICI BANK. But in my CIBIL CREDIT INFORMATION IT WAS SHOWING " Written Off" instead of closed. i you requst toclarify the same as account closed insteaded of written off. This it is requried for my bankers and also credentail to be properly recorded . kindly do it on urgent basis.
