Tranaction Declined but still charged

I had tried to book six tickets for the Bryan Adams concert in Delhi, The transaction when attempted failed but the amount was credited to my account. Subsequently when crosschecked Citibank confirmed that kyazoonga had accepted payment. What would be the procedure to get a refund? Kyazoonga does not respond to any query and the contact numbers do not work.
