Refund of Bryan Adams show tickets

This is with reference to my two transactions of Rs.8529.44 each on 07/02 at M/s KyaZoonga.

This is to inform that its been a month now I have tried booking my bryan adams show tickets from your website and I have not got the refund for both the transaction which has not got approved. During the first trial my tickets were also not booked but in the second trial the transaction was again not approved but my tickets got booked.

I have placed a refund request through the online request form but have not yet got the refund.

Kindly process both my refund asap as my credit card people has generated my monthly bill for the same.
