Sir i want to say that i went to purchase lafarge cement from k.n.hardware prop: rabi mondal of panjipara he is the sub dealer of lafarge cement but he us not giving me a orignal invoice.he told me i have no vat number .please say me how company his supplying him the material without vat number and what is the gurantee of that product.shop prop: mobile no.9851394367.how the shop is running without any registartion
