Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Dr. Shashidhar Patil S/O B.P. Mallikarjuna Gowd. We are having Crop Loans in the Andhra Bank at Vepulaparthy Branch, Brahmasamudram mandal and Anantapur District.

as the state Government issued Insurance for the Farmers who are Cultivating crops in the rain dependent lands due to lack of proper rain for the last year.

We are unable to get the Insurance money (an amount of 65000 INR) provided by the Government of Andhra Pradesh from the above mentioned bank, As we discussed same with the Bank Manager, he replied as your Land Belongs to Horticulture as per our records which was written by previous Manager and I am helpless regarding. He suggested as you need to take a letter from Thahaseeldar of the village as the land is Agriculture land Cultivated for the Ground nuts.

We are very much shocked and due to the same we unable to get Insured for the Crop loan as we obtained from the bank.

Kindly let me know what are the actions can be taken for the above mentioned Complaint.
