Non supply of Document and amount of rent

Respected Sir,

With reference to above subject and the references given to you, I would like to bring to your notice following facts.

1. That the tower of your company is installed at the aforesaid property, which belongs to me. The terms are decided and agreed and it was reduced in to the writing, but unfortunately, since last one and half year I am claiming the copies of the agreement, but you are not supplying the same and not only this I have not received the amount of rent, since last March.

2. Not only this I have not received the full amount of rent as agreed, the same was deducted to the account of the unknown person. Therefore several time I requested to you, that kindly supply the copy of the agreement, 2) Please give the details of the payment till today, Please, do arrange to remit me the rent arrears till date with the interest there on at the earliest. Or, I will be left with no other option but to resort to initiate legal action against the company. And the company and you will be jointly and severally responsible of the consequences and the cost of the proceedings. At the same time I would initiate the action for the criminal wrong, for criminal breach of trust, Cheating against the authorized signatories and directors of the company which please note.

Also, I would like to inform you that, if the issue is not resolved immediately, along with legal action, I will bring the matter to the notice of the press and electronic media as well.
