Charged the processing fee without processing the home loan

Hi,

I was looking for a home loan in Feb/ March and I applied for Home loan from LIC housing finance through Mr Mahendra in Pune. I submitted all the documents along with the required processing fee cheque of Rs 6618.00 in advance.

Since the loan was getting delayed from LIC Housing finance, I decided to not to go with LIC home loan and I informed the same to LIC Housing Finance executive.

There was no verification done except one phone call from LIC finance when I asked them that I will not go for the loan.

Still LIC housing finance got the processing fee cheque cleared in advance despite the fact that the loan was not processed.

Please refund my amount to my ICICI bank account no 000501530244, Bund Garden Road Branch Pune.
