My name is Manoj Kumar Singh, S/o-Shri Gorakh Nath singh My Policy No-550316916, Doc-28/08, SA-50000, sir, My policy is in under Money Back but i Dont have recvd my 2nd money back cheque At my Address-Manoj kumar Singh, C/o Gorakh nath singh, Saraswati sisu Mandir, Musabani Mines E.Singhbhum, as per consurn &discuss to My ghatsila branch Agent (Mr Sanjay Singh-00519552) My cheque are send to your residential address but we dont have recvd the cheque

if the delivery person given to this cheque to another person this is your folt&give me detail which courier/postel r u using or give me docket detal as soon as possible,
