Refund of Money- Reminder for 21/06/10

My husband (Late Bijay Kumar Sinha) took three (3) policies from LIC of India. After his death (the policy holder) money could not be deposited for next 3 years & now when I'm looking forward to get the money back which he has deposited at the beginning of those three (3) policies. But when I've requested for the same amount to return it being denied. I'm just concern about thee money being deposited by my husband. The details for each policies are being mentioned below:
