Eturn of survival benifit cheque

Dear Sir,

I had received a cheque for survival benifit for policy no 252411897 which is returned from bank. How can I get reissued the cheque?

The telephone number for concern branch E-1, sec-1 Noida is 0120 2521521 has no response all the time.

May you pls provide some other contact number?
