My mother (siya devi) had a money back policy of lic of india having policy no 280444569.Policy was matured in may. On maturity it was found that money back amount of Rs 4000.00 was paid through cheque no 0130913 on 20/05, but actually we have not received this amount through any mode. Matter was put up to lic ballia office but all in vein, they are not attending this problem despite of several visit to ballia office. Pl look into this matter and pay the money back amount. This is not a single case, there are several people who donot get there money back amount because of ignorence. Pl takeup this matter .thanking you. Your early resopnse is solocited.
