Lic of india policy( Jeevan Saral)
LIC CERTIFICATE NOT ISSUED

I praveen chauhan has taken an LIC policy from the agent of LIC of india . my policy number is 906197802; but i have not got the LIC policy certificate yet. From last 2 years, i am paying the LIC premium regularly and on visitiong to LIC office, they are saying that even they have not got my certificate back from speed post... and for new duplicate certificate they are charging 500 rs for that... i don't understand why i should pay that amount and even though i am ready to pay that amount ..no body is assiting me from lic office for duplicate certificate and nobody is giving me duplicate certificate... please help me out with this
