Payment of premium

Dear Sir,

I am to bring to your kind notice that my Lic policy no. is 645663137 in the name of G.V.S.H.Sai Kumar. This is profit plus policy. I want to bring to your notice that the premium of this policy is not accepted at my branch stating that there is a problem with regard to accepting the ECS payment for the past 14 to 16 months. My monthly premium is Rs..3000 and the amount to be paid to keep my policy live is increasing month by month and it might become impossible to revive the policy. This is inspite of my interest to keep the policy live. The branch Officials were not able to give the reasons for not accepting the premium amount except that the problem lies with the head office and it is not in their hands to solve this problem. Even today I contated the concerned ECS Official and I was given this web site address to address my problem. Hence I request you to look into this problem and solve my problem.
