This has reference to your Letter version 7.05.1, dated 12.6.08. This also has reference to my Letter dated 11.11.09 sent vide Chennai Fast Couriers No.0028763, dated 11.11.09, requesitng for change of Bank Mandate, wherein no action has been taken from your end.

Please note that for my Annuity Amount I have given mode of credit as ECS at ICICI Bank Limited, Nungambakkam, Chennai, SB Account No.000901104717. As I am planning to close ICICI Bank, savings bank account mentioned above, I kindly request you to change my Bank mandate to Indian Bank details given below:
