Non receipt of IPO refund

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had applied for 50 shares of Coal India through the IPO vide Cheque No. 480462 drawn on Vijaya Bank, I was allotted 25 Shares which were credited to my demat account with Stock holding corporation. Till date I have not received the refund of the balance amount of Rs.6, 431.25. I understand from my friends and colleagues that the refund has been made on 02/11 to there respective bank accounts. I did check my bank statement until 12/19 and found that the refund has not been credited. Application No. 5 3762555

Kindly advice as to when would the refund be made to my bank account.

I am also attaching a scanned copy of the application acknowledgement.
