Non-payment of dividend for 2 years

Linkintime Pvt Ltd is transfer/dividend agents for Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemical Ltd. Dividend of Rs.480/- for year 10 under folio No.05021884 was sent by the co directly to State Bank of India INSTEAD OF State Bank of Travancore vide their letter No. LIIPL/962/DIV/339819/10848 dated 16.09.202010. with a copy to me. all other details such as a/c No. and address of the bank was correct.as the name was wrong the bank returned the warrant/cheque directly to the co. i made complaint on 30.09.2010 at their website. they did not take any action to

return money and rectify error.

Again vide their letter LIPL/MRPL/DIV-10-11/317455 dated 16.09.2011 they sent a dividend warrant for Rs.480/- directly to me at my address

but with the same mistake in the name of the bank. when i deposited the warrant in my bank the payee bank, viz. HDFC Bank returned the cheque due to mistake in bank's name. i returned the cheque to the co. (Linkintime) by registered post pointing out the mistake and refund of Rs.960/-.

the co has still NOT refunded my money.
