Non refund from Muthoot finance IPO

Hi,

Still not received the refund from Muthoot finance IPO for application no-2290000019413462.The application made for 160 shares but 0 alloted. The refund according to the site was due on 3rd May but still not processed.

The matter raised with Mr Imran Ansari of Link intime and the answer attached below. Pls help as we put our hardearned monies into the IPO.
