Excess cancellation of money

Espected sir,

we have booked a ticket from ned to hyd for one person but instead of cancelling one ticket rate they have cancelled it 3 times and even while booking ticket due to some error on our computer we didn't receive the confirmation information but the price for it was cancelled.

we request you to take our complaint seriously, please refund us our money.if u reply us we can
