Excess cancellation of money

Espected sir,

we have booked a ticket from ned to hyd for one person but instead of cancelling one ticket rate they have cancelled it 3 times and even while booking ticket due to some error on our computer we didn't receive the confirmation information but the price for it was cancelled.
