WRONG ADDRESS IN NSDL RECORDS

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I would like to inform you that I have applied for an Pan card through TIN-FC ID:02127, Alankit Assigments Ltd. Add: WZ - 1656A, NANGALRAY, JAIL ROAD, NEW DELHI-110046.

I have not Received my Pan Card till now & when I checked to find out for my card I came to know that the address is in-correct in NSDL but in the form which was filled 49-A as per that from the address is correct as per the Form the address is RZ-1/230-A, J-Block, West Sagar Pur, New Delhi-110046 & as per NSDL is address on which they have sent the card was RZ-1/250-A, J-Block, West Sagar Pur, New Delhi-110046.

So, I request you to kindly check my form 49 - A for the address & send it once again on the correct address.
