Refund: Unsuccessful entry Itzcash Card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have registered myself with "www.thomascook.in" on

05 Sept under login ID: slslaria@gmail.com.

On the same day, I have made a request to book 02 (Two) rly tickets from Jalandhar City to Mathura Jn. in favour of Rekha Kamra, 45 Years, Female and Rakhi, 34 Years, Female in Train No. 2716 (Asr Ned Express) Class: SL.

The payment of Rs.517.14 was made which was debited from Itz Cash Card No. 123376170305 but the transaction was not successful and tickets not rcvd.

Requisite references are as under :-

Date - 5.9.2010 (9.14.58)

Amount - Rs 517.14

Order ID - 1000322803

In view of the above, many emails were sent to all concerned but the money has not been refunded.

Since about one month is going to be elapsed, you are requested to refund the money to my cash card.
