I had pledged Gold In Manappuram Gold house at kolathur-There was no in formation of auctioning the gold and later when I went for release they said it is auctioned and I requested at what amount was it auctioned kindly and they confirmed with the below details *

pledge Amount: Rs. 28500/-

Interest & letter: Rs. 46600/-

Action amount: Rs. 49600/-

Surplus amount: Rs.3000/-

but even this balance amount I have not received and more this is totally fraud they at least try to inform the customer once or twice. Kindly advice what should be done it is since October 11 auctioned.
