The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner,

Dear Sir/Madam,

My PF account no. is DL/24754/28484 & my company Code is No. DL/24754

.I have sent PF withdrawal application to Delhi office in Oct its almost five month. I am trying to call man power office Hyderabad continuously and phone is coming engaged and not getting proper response from them. Till date my PF amount is not credited in my mentioned a/c.and its quite a long time.

Kindly provide the status of My PF form.
