Unsatisfied with Insurance claim

My car was accident at Near Chatta on Mahtura Road on 25-10-10 and claimed lodged on 30.10.10.On day of accident we toe the vehicle to workshop and engine was totally seized. In the settlement claim, we have received claims of parts and denting of car except engine claim but it was major claim. Surviyor's name is Mr. Sanjiv Malhotra of National Insurance company in this case.

You are requested to Please look into the matter again and consider my case appropiately for engine claim. Needless to mention that car was not in running condition resulting the accidental vehicle toe to workshop. An action on the above will be highly appreciated.
