Refund of money

Request no-7550187 has already been done. I have taken the policy smart invest pension fund coverage on 4-June, but due to family region i could not continue the above policy. I requested to the company for refund of my money in the month of Oct. Companies staff has informed me that this money will refund u after three year. Now they refuse to refund the money since i talk to them nor they are interacting with me how ever there service.helpdesk@maxnewyorklife.com given me above request no-7550187... I m surprised that company of such repute will have mollified intention for the other people also too... I request you to kindly take appropriate action against the company and help me to refund my money...
