Maturity claim delayed

I am A.CHITRA and my policy number of max new-york was 431364660. It was matured on 28th of January. After submitting all the documents to the company i have not received my money back. No proper response for my mail as well as repeated calls to customer care.

Advice them to process and return back my money at the earliest.
