Cancelliation of dependents enrollment

Hi i enrolled my parents in medi assist health insurance through online without noticing the charges, once i noticed the charges i tried to delete the names but it was locked. So i sent a mail to the medi assist to cancel the same, but they are telling me that its already enrolled and its not possible to cancel till the next year. And the premium amount will be going to deduct from my 2nd month salary onwards in 3 installments. I requesteded them that its just 2days and i have not availed any benifit so that please cancel the enrollments of my dependentd because if the amount is deducted from my account means i will be in trouble & i cant meet my personal committment. So please help in cancelling the dependents enrollment.
