NON SETTLEMENT OF MY CLAIM

I have taken mediclaim policy of United India Insurance Co. Ltd. through Indian Overseas Bank, St. Stephen Hospital Branch, Delhi

My wife hospitalised in April (Policy was in force)

I requested to Cash Less treatment but the TPA-TTK refused

I submitted my claim with TTK but they have not setled my claim till date

neither acceptance nor rejection letter has been received
