I HAD BOOKED A MERU CAB ON MONDAY THE 1ST OF AUGUST AT 8.30 AM FROM MIRA ROAD TO ANDEHRI EAST FOR 11 AM THE SAME DAY, AND I WS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE THERE AT THE GIVEN ADDRESS AND U WILL GET A SMS WITH THE CAB DETAILS AT ON YOUR MOBILE BEFORE THE CAB REACHES U MEANS AT 10.40 AM (20MINUTES PRIOR), BUT I CALLED THE CAR SERIVCE ON THE TOLL FREE NUM AT 10.45 AM TO ENQUIRE AND THE CALL CENTER GIRL WHO WAS RUDE TO ME DURING HER CONSERVATION WITH ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEIR IS NO CAR AVAILABLE FOR TODAY AND WE CANT DO ANYTHING FROM OUR SIDE, NOW LET ME TELL U ALL THAT A CAR SERVICE LIKE MERU DOES THIS AND THAT TO WITH ME WHO IS A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THERE FLEET AND THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO EVEN INFORM ME, ABOUT THIS FOR WHICH I HAD TO SPEND RS 350 EXTRA TO GO FROM A OTHER CAB AS I HAD BOOKED IT MUCH IN ADVANCE, THEN WHT IS THE USE OF HAVING SUCH A SERVICE, I WNT A REFUND OF THE MONEY OR ELSE I AM GOING TO LAUNCH A SERIOUS COMPLAINT IN THE MEDIA AGAINST THIS IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE AND CARLESS BEHAVIOUR OR MERUCABS
