Sir,

Iam has taken a loan from a local and unregistered financier Rs.20000 for 15 days. At the time he deduct 15 days interest Rs.- and he give me Rs.18000/-. For security he buy my Blank cheque and blank promissory note. After 15 days I cannot pay full amount and I repay Rs.10000/- and I ask 30days vacation for repay balance amount. He agreed that and he asked me advance interest Rs.1500/- for 30 days. I agree that and I pay that sum. After two more days he called me and said to me to pay Rs.500/- more as interest. And I agree that and I said to him I will give tomorrow. He not accepts that and he threaten me “your blank cheque produced in bank and I will bounced that and file suit against you”. That day he saw me and brutally attack. He charged high interest from his customer by threaten. He charged 20% interest without paying any Tax. To cover his illegal business he also doing hardware shop. I am not the first person victimized by him. He holds many black money in his hand. Sir I need justice.
