Abhirami theatre
Amount is debited from my account by ticket is not booked

I have booked two tickets in Abhirami Theatre through online, Ticket amount is debited from by bank account. But I haven't received the confirmation for the ticket is booked. Aftersome time I have received a call from someone in Abhirami Theatre. They informed me that your ticket is not booked and they said please try again. When I am asking about my money which is debited from my account for which ticket is not booked. They informed me that it will be automatically credited to your account at the end of day.

its a week ago so far the amount is not credited to my account number.

Please don't trust Abhirami Theatre for online ticket booking. They are not trust worthy.
