Dear Sir,

This refers to our above account number and name which has been mentioned in original account (as per passbook) but due to Bank’s oversight the word “ (HUF)” has been deleted from our above name wrongly for which we have been facing immense following problems for which the Bank is totally responsible.

i) All cheques deposited is returned to us by the bank.

ii) All cheques issued by us is also returned by the bank

iii) ECS is also not accepted by the bank

We have already met the concerned Branch Manager and the Deputy Manager to rectify the mistake but they have not taken any corrective steps so far. We would like to raise pertinent question who is responsible for our financial loss?
