REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I have done a transaction in amount of Rs.500/- on 11/03 at 09:58am from Bank of Maharashtra Atm. However due to ATM problem he didnt get the said amount.

When I checked my account balance on 12/03, there were said amount deducted from my account.

I personaly verified this matter from Bank of Maharashtra and received confirmation from those side there was problem in said ATM on dated 11/03 and many people faced the same.

I submitted the my complaint via email id helpline.lhodel@sbi.co.in however there was no response till date.
