National Insurance Mediclaim
No Response after many Emails

I have National Privar policy with no. 370205/48/11/8500002500. My wife got operation of appendicitis and done in a hospital at my hometown. that hospital also vary known and satisfy all condition like 20 beds, well OT and ICU. I submit all original bill to TPA. TPA rejecting my claim and said that hospital has only 5 beds while hospital has more than 20 beds.

I Write a mail to NATIONAL INSURANCE, they do not responding me. how could they do like this? if any body want a medical insurance NEVER GO FOR SARKARI COMP. they are rude, non responsible., plz keep in mind that you have to pay premium as well as expense of treatment also. because Insurance comp. also do not want to give you claim.
