Lost the phone-claim under valid insurance

Somebody has stolen my mobile phone NOKIA-5130 Xpress music model with IMEI:351508048496829 on 26.02.2011.I have given a written complaint to the V.V.puram Police station on the same day and a acknowledgement NoC Miss No:149/11 has been obtained. The set was purchased by me on 8th March from UNIVER CELL, under their Invoice No. P.B.MT/7691 for Rs.5, 500/-. Please get me the value of the mobile phone under the active insurance coverage for which Rs.175/- has been charged and paid by me. Thank you.
